Who Should Take an Online Dental CE Course?
Although the programs are designed primarily for any dental professional throughout the world (dentist, dental hygienist, dental assistant, dental technician), even people who just want to see how basic technical dentistry works can purchase and view the programs for their edification.

How Do I Access My Course?
Pay for any number of courses (they are all $5 each). Once you pay for a course. E-mail the administrator at charlesarcoria@protonmail.com to ask for the password for each program. When paying for a program, you do not have to designate which one(s) you would like to access. Just let us know which program(s) you want and we will record this in our accounting system and give you access to those specific program(s). All programs are viewed in a “video streaming” mode (*.mp4 file) with captions and audio in English, or as a readable narrative also in English.

Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Yes. When paying for a program, you do not have to designate which one(s) you would like to access. Just let us know which program(s) you want and we will record this in our accounting system and give you access to those specific programs.

How Does Online, Accredited Dental Learning Work?
View or read the video-audio streaming file after receiving the password. Receive access to the post-test that you need to complete (all programs have 5 questions to be answered). After the post-test is recorded, you can e-mail us at charlesarcoria@protonmail.com or wait 48 hours for the system to generate a PDF file of your continuing dental education letter to be sent by e-mail to you. Obviously, you must have a valid e-mail address that can receive an attachment, like the PDF file of the accreditation letter of credit.

What Accreditation do you have for the certification letters?
Our entire program is approved by the Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE) through the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). PACE stands for Program Approval for Continuing Education in the context of dental continuing education from the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). It is a program designed to promote high-quality continuing dental education (CDE) by evaluating and approving organizations that meet 13 rigorous standards. These standards ensure that CE providers offer scientifically sound, well-planned, and effectively delivered educational activities to support dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants in maintaining and advancing their professional skills. Our approval period is currently from 10/1/2024 to 9/30/2030. Our Provider ID number is 429992.

What is Your Refund Policy for OICDE.com and Onlineicde.com?
All sales are FINAL, and no credit card refunds will be issued for change-of-mind purchases; instead, store credit may be offered for use on other courses, at our discretion. Refunds are NOT available once a video password has been provided and viewing has begun. In cases of accidental duplicate purchases, please contact us promptly at charlesarcoria@protonmail.com, and we may offer store credit to resolve the issue amicably.
