We collect email addresses and, where applicable, other personal information (e.g., name, billing details) provided by users who:

  • Register for or purchase our CE courses ($5 per 1 hour of CE credit).

  • Inquire about our programs via contact forms or other communication channels.

We do not collect comments, media uploads, or user-generated content, as our websites do not offer blog or comment functionalities. These features are not planned for any of our websites.

How We Use Your Information

OICDE uses your personal information solely for the following internal purposes:

  • Accounting and Billing: To process payments for CE courses and maintain accurate financial and PACE completion records.

  • Marketing: To inform you about future CE programs, updates, or promotions, provided you have expressed interest in our services (e.g., by registering, purchasing, or inquiring). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.

  • Service Delivery: To provide access to purchased CE video streaming content and issue CE credits through our PACE-accredited programs.

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

  • Consent: We rely on your explicit consent to send marketing communications about future CE programs or promotions. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link in our emails or contacting us (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

  • Legitimate Interests: We process non-personal data (e.g., analytics on website usage) to improve our services, provided this does not override your rights and freedoms (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You will be informed of these bases during data collection (e.g., via consent checkboxes on forms). For questions about GDPR compliance, contact us at charlesarcoria@protonmail.com.

If you are an EU/EEA user, please note that your personal information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the EU/EEA, such as in the United States, where our hosting and payment processing services operate. We ensure such transfers comply with GDPR through:
